Bethany L. Hodge, Senior GIS Analyst -
Ms. Hodge is a Senior GIS Analyst with over 9 years experience in GIS-based analysis, strategic planning and data development for military land management, including programmatic geospatial IT planning, QAP development, spatial data standards compliance, 3D visualization / analysis of range view-sheds, and land cover evaluation / change detection. Ms. Hodge is currently working on-site at Fort Eustis, VA supporting the US Army's Sustainable Range Program as a senior GIS analyst. Ms. Hodge has also been instrumental in the development of GIS-based applications, as well as the standardization, integration, and analysis of GIS data for a number of clients including: the U.S. Army, City of Chicago, the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority, and the Great Lakes Commission. Prior to her current position at Pangaea, Ms. Hodge worked for a private sector consultant teaching several ESRI authorized classes and performing municipal GIS design and implementation. She also worked for the City of Indianapolis-Marion County GIS where she developed and maintained multiple city/county wide land use layers, assisted in the American Disabilities Act (ADA) Ramp Inventory Project, and maintained the City/County's metadata. Ms. Hodge holds dual BA degrees in Geology and Geographic Information Sciences from Indiana University.
