Cesar R. Meraz, Application Developer -
Mr. Meraz recently joined Pangaea as an application developer. Prior to joining Pangaea, Mr. Meraz consulted on numerous projects that served a variety of industries including health care, energy, transportation, animal research, and computer hardware. Mr. Meraz served as technical lead on Dell Inc.'s FMPro application redesign, an effort to modernize Dell's custom order fulfillment, receiving, and routing application. Mr. Meraz liaised with teams from Austin and Hyderabad, India and reviewed, tested, integrated and deployed their code. Mr. Meraz has employed a number of Web 2.0 technologies including AJAX, Atlas (and ASP.NET AJAX), and Flex2, and also has experience in designing backend solutions for projects with large and complex datasets. Prior to developing enterprise solutions using his certified expertise in Java and .NET, Mr. Meraz spent four years designing and maintaining accessible Web sites at the Texas Association of School Boards. Mr. Meraz holds a B.A. in English and Comparative Literature from Indiana University and a M.A. in English from the University of Texas.
