A major component of Pangaea’s environmental service has been developed to help fulfill the needs expressed by military training, natural resource, and management personnel at installations around the world. Pangaea has been heavily involved in the implementation of the U.S. Army’s Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) program and providing assistance in planning for sustainable use. Services specific to military land management include training impact assessments, planning level surveys, GIS database development, natural and cultural resource management plans, land rehabilitation strategies, geophysical investigations, and environmental awareness activities.
