Shon M. Doseck, Project Manager and Senior Analyst -
Mr. Doseck is a project manager and senior analyst who heads up Pangaea's application development group. Mr. Doseck's expertise is focused on the development of customized applications for homeland security, public health, military, and environmental management initiatives. Mr. Doseck is currently managing the development team for an artificial intelligence based decision support system for the U.S. Army Medical Research and Material Command, Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center. Mr. Doseck served as the lead developer for the Picis biosurveillance system and the project manager for the Illinois National Guard Bureau's Collaborative Incident Management System for the 5th WMD Civil Support Team. Prior to joining Pangaea, Mr. Doseck worked for the City of Chicago's GIS Group. Mr. Doseck holds a B.A. from DePaul University and a M.S. Degree in Information Systems from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
