Qualifications

General

  • Unparalleled experience with the management of big data and advanced analysis techniques, including data normalization and validation, natural language processing, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and decision support.

  • Proven expertise in data architecture, system architecture, application services, and user interface/user experience development. Pangaea has experience providing technical support staff to large organizations including the U.S. Army.

  • Staff have an average of 15 years of professional experience.

  • Excellent staff retention with an average staff tenure of over 12 years.

  • Extensive experience in developing and executing project plans which maximize client ROI.

  • Project managers maintain PMI Project Management Professional certification.

  • Custom project management software provides clients with insight into project execution metrics.

  • Extensive experience with open data including, but not limited to census data, municipal data sets, traffic data, weather data, and other large research-based data sets.

  • A comprehensive suite of back-office technology resources including development environments for testing and staging, a continuous integration system, project management software, MSDN subscriptions, ESRI GIS licenses, and Intergraph licenses.

  • Experience with a wide variety of NoSQL and SQL data storage technologies.

Healthcare
