On February 28, 2020, Pangaea’s Miki Ferenczy and Shon Doseck, along with IBM’s Hank Buccella presented a webinar sponsored by the Institute for Enterprise Excellence which describes the Andon system that we developed at Rush University Medical Center, in Chicago, Illinois. This system helps to facilitate the flow of patients by giving staff re-time information about the status of flow, and suggestions to make flow improve.
