The vision is to build these future training scenarios for home station training.

The Workshop is sponsored by the TSS HQDA Proponent, the Director of Army Training, Training Support Division (DAMO-TRS).

Pangaea selected to develop Pediatric Hazard Vulnerability Analysis Tool

Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council-Chicago Hospital Council (MCHC-CHC) has selected Pangaea Information Technologies, LTD to develop a prototype tool that will provide an online solution that walks a user through the process required to complete a Pediatric Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (PHVA) report for their facility.  The tool will facilitate the PHVA completion process and will provide specific information about children and children’s activities within the specified area of interest/operations so that the user may make informed decisions during their completion and review of the HVA.  The solution will also provide supplemental information that will assist subject matter experts as they prepare their PHVA report.  The approach will determine the high-risk population in the community (i.e. pediatric age range); define issues specific to hospitals within the city of Chicago; leverage census data; classify areas of concentration and other areas of impact; and identify known and potential risks.
